The City has a Tourist Defense Office which provides information, advice, complaint management and assistance to all tourists and international students.

As a tourist or international student you can raise your query or complaint in any of the authorized sites, by phone, via e-mail or social networks, on any particular topic related to the tourism sector or simply to learn about the management of claims and conflicts over possible problems during your stay in the city.
The most common procedures are with hotels, temporary tourist accommodation, travel agencies, passenger transport companies in general and stores, loss or misplacement of documents, unforeseen events in the city and medical assistance.
The Defense Office has professionals in the fields of law, tourism and bilingual administrative employees who are available 365 days a year, the service is free of charge.
