Volunteering for an event of such magnitude as the C40 Cities Mayors Summit represents a unique opportunity for those seeking to add experiences, both at a personal and academic or professional level. In this opportunity, those who play the role of volunteers will be part of one of the most important meetings between local governments on climate change action.

From this series of meetings, the governments of almost 100 cities around the world will seek to establish a joint agenda to address a major problem we are facing. It is for this reason that participating in volunteering will give the possibility of being part of a very important instance in the search for joint solutions.

Undoubtedly, all this will require us to be prepared to perform in the best way. That is why we present the VOLUNTEER MANUAL. It is a document that contains a series of guidelines, policy recommendations that should be taken into account to perform as a volunteer.

It is important to know the content of this document since it is part of one of the responsibilities assumed by all those who decided to be part of this event in the City.
