PHD in juridical Sciences

The program of PHD in Juridical Sciences (accredited by Resolution 569/16c) onsists of four Seminars and two levels of Foreing Language. Once   approved the program of studies the PhD student is enabled to register his/her topic of Thesis and to select a Director. The thesis has not been foreseen as multipersonal, and its record prevents later presenters of the same topics, following the principle prior in tempore potior in iure. The finished Thesis should be presented to consideration of the Tribunal of Thesis.
