Master´s in Political Science

The core mission of the Master´s's and PhD in Political Science is to train experts with conceptual and theoretical tools to understand the main political processes that characterize contemporary societies, as well as to design and implement policies that contribute to the construction of a more equal and democratic world. The main distinguishing feature of the program is an excellent Faculty Body that participates actively in the local academic community and, in turn, takes an active role in international political discussions. The program offers a strong emphasis on a comparative vision of the political phenomenon at Latin American and global levels, along with specific contents of Argentine politics. Heirs of a Di Tella tradition that have helped to lay the foundations of modern social science in Argentina and Latin America, the Master´s's and the PhD seek an intellectual training that is both rigorous and imaginative within the framework of idea pluralism and analytical methodologies.

The aim of the admission process is to identify the best candidates for the program. The Admission Committee seeks to form a qualified audience with solid knowledge and high potential that provides richness and variety to the program.
