LL.M. in Tax Law

Rigorous interdisciplinary education in Tax Law, unique in Latin America. Option to choose subjects from other Torcuato Di Tella University postgraduate programs such as the Master´s´s in Public Policies, Master´s´s in Law and Economics, Master´s's in Criminal Law and Master´s's in Finance (subject to availability of vacancies). In addition, it has exchange programs with prestigious universities in Europe, United States and Brazil. Curriculum: The Master´s´s in Tax Law (Maestría en Derecho Tributario (MDT)) has a Curriculum which is organized in two cycles: Cycle of Fundamental Studies and Cycle of Specific Studies. During the First one, students must attend 11 mandatory law and economic courses; in the second one, students must meet 12 credit of optional courses, 8 of which must be of subjects offered by one of the two orientations offered by this Master´s's. The last 4 credits can be obtained in courses of the same orientation, of another or in supplementary courses.

Requirements: - Complete Admission form. - Complete file with medical data. - Double-sided photocopy of the university degree with the legalization of the Education Ministry (the applicants who are about to graduate must submit a certificate of pending degree). - Photocopy of the official transcript. - Photocopy of DNI or passport in case of foreign students (first two pages). - 4x4 photo in jpg format (with the name of the file “surname_name.jpg – submit to posgradosditella@utdt edu). - A reference letter extended in the attached forms. - CV.
